Administrative Assistant- Pennock Physician Network

Department: Pennock Physician Network
Status: Full-time, 80 hours per pay
Schedule: Generally Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Requirements: Associates degree in Business or equivalent education and experience. Three to five years administrative experience required. Experience in a healthcare setting highly preferred. Requires typing speed of at least 60 wpm and high proficiency in computer use including word processing and database operations. Must possess ability to meet the public, work cooperatively with Medical Staff, create and maintain positive and professional working relationships.


Responsibilities: Prepares correspondence and documents, coordinates meetings, maintains files and records, gathers/researches data, prepares a variety of reports. Handles and/or assists with administrative matters of a confidential nature, performs special projects, provides administrative support to other Executives, and other duties as assigned. Reports to the Executive Director of the Pennock Physician Network (PPN) and is directly supervised by the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
