Status: Full-time, 80 hours per pay
Schedule: First shift, Monday - Friday, office hours

Requirements: Requires high school diploma, medical terminology or one year of physician office experience. Experience with EMR preferred. A highly customer service focused individual with the ability to be discreet, organized, communicate well, and enjoyment in working with the public is needed.


Responsibilities: Responsible for daily office operational duties including patient scheduling, patient and telephone reception, insurance authorization, medical record duties,and referrals. Works closely with the billing team. Reports to the Office Manager. Flexible schedule needed.

Status: Part-time, 32 hours per pay
Schedule: First shift, Tuesday and Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Requirements: Requires high school diploma and one or more years of physician office experience. Experience with PCMH and EMR preferred. A highly customer service focused individual with the ability to be discreet, organized, communicate well, and enjoyment in working with the public is needed.

Department: Patient Access
Status: Part-time, 49 hours per pay
Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday 3:00pm - 10:00pm, every other weekend and two holidays per year

Requirements: High school diploma, minimum typing speed of 40 wpm, medical terminology certificate or demonstrated knowledge. Minimum one year of experience in customer service, hospital, medical office is highly desired. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work independently are needed.


Responsibilities: Performs efficient and accurate data entry into the hospital information system during the patient registration process. Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities.

Responsibilities: Coordinates, organizes and facilitates daily interaction and support of the Human Resources team in the administration and communication of HR services and programs including but not limited to: employment, recruitment, retention, recognition, compensation, and benefit and wellness programs. Responsible for greeting departmental visitors and responding to telephone inquiries in a warm, friendly, professional manner; serves as the first point of contact for employees and community members needing human resources assistance.
