Department: Advanced Orthopedic & Pain Institute
Status: Part-time, 40 hours per pay
Schedule: Wednesday, Friday, and one half day TBD

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of one year experience in an orthopedic clinic, medical office, or hospital setting preferred.


Responsibilities: This position manages the patient check-in process. First point of contact to gather key information (insurance, etc.) from the patient and also assisting with patient billing functions and answering phones.

 

Homecare/Hospice Office Coordinator

Department: Pennock Homecare and Hospice
Status: Full-time, 80 hours per pay
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Requirements: High school diploma and at least one year of previous clerical experience are required. Must be highly proficient in computer usage for word processing and database operations along with strong Excel skills. Effective organizational skills, oral and written communication skills, ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines are all essential. Must be able to work cooperatively and professionally with fellow colleagues and the public and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.


Responsibilities: Will perform a variety of clerical duties that require initiative and good judgement for several professional and/or managerial colleagues. Provides other support services such as ordering supplies, maintaining patient records, mailings and acting as a receptionist for the department. Other duties as assigned and reports to the Director of Homecare/Hospice.

Requirements: Requires high school diploma, medical terminology or one year of physician office experience. Experience with EMR preferred. A highly customer service focused individual with the ability to be discreet, organized, communicate well, and enjoyment in working with the public is needed.


Responsibilities: Responsible for daily office operational duties including patient scheduling, patient and telephone reception, insurance authorization, medical record duties,and referrals. Works closely with the billing team. Reports to the Office Manager. Flexible schedule needed.

 

Office Receptionist - Pennock Physician Network

Requirements: Requires high school diploma and one or more years of physician office experience. Experience with PCMH and EMR preferred. A highly customer service focused individual with the ability to be discreet, organized, communicate well, and enjoyment in working with the public is needed.


Responsibilities: Responsible for daily office operational duties including patient scheduling, patient and telephone reception, and referrals in a busy OB/GYN practice. Reports to the Office Manager.
