Pennock houses three Diagnostic locations to assist with your general diagnostic, laboratory, radiology, occupational medicine, rehabilitation, and physical medicine needs; State Street Center, Ionia Center, and Lake Odessa.

State Street Center

State Street Diagnostic Center is located in Hastings at 1108 West State Street (next to Family Fare). Phone: (269) 948-3360. This location is also combined with Pennock's Urgent Care and is open seven days a week from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.

 

Ionia Center

The Ionia Diagnostic Center is located in Ionia at 537 W. Main Street. Phone: (877) 208-3318. This location also accepts Physical Rehabilitation, Orthopedic Services, and Physical Medicine by appointments. Their hours of operation for the Lab are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Their Radiology hours are on Fridays only from 7:30 a.m - 2:00 p.m.

 

Lake Odessa Center

The Lake Odessa Diagnostic Center is located in Lake Odessa at 4294 Laurel Drive. Phone: (616) 374-1684. This location provides Laboratory Draw Station, Physical Rehabilitation, X-ray, Bone Density, Ultrasound, and Occupational Medicine. Their hours of operation for the Laboratory Draws are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. X-ray and Bone Density hours are Monday, Wednesday  and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Occupational Medicine by appointment.
