Pennock Hospice offers a comprehensive program of care to patients and families facing a life threatening illness. Pennock provides personalized services and a caring community so that patients and families can attain the necessary preparation for those who have a limited life expectancy.

Our Hospice nurses make regularly scheduled visits to our patients providing expert pain management and symptom control techniques. Our trained nurses provide a complete spectrum of skilled nursing care and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

In addition to our nursing staff, we also partner with our Pennock Homecare to provide Home health aides to deliver assistance with the personal care of our patients. Hospital chaplains also provide spiritual support to patients and families, often serving as a liaison between them and their religious community.
