Lab Services

The Laboratory at Pennock Hospital is committed to accuracy and efficiency in providing test results for its patients and surrounding community members.

Laboratory draws are processed from our three Family Medicine Clinics at Gun Lake, Clarksville, Nashville, and Lake Odessa Diagnostic Imaging Center.

Lab Draw Station Hours

Hospital & State St.: 7:00am - 6:00pm - Monday thru Friday
Hospital only: 7:30am - 12pm - Saturday

Lake Odessa Diagnostic Center.: 7:00am - 3:30pm - Monday thru Friday
Ionia Diagnostic Center: 7:00am - 3:30pm - Monday thru Friday


*Outpatient lab draws after 6 pm can be requested by Physician’s office calling the laboratory

Lab Reporting


  • Inpatients: Most results ordered for morning collection are reported by 7:30 am daily.


    Outpatients: Results available throughout the day and hard copies Tele- faxed to doctors offices. We can service all Out-patient lab orders from any physician’s office throughout the state and fax results on same day of testing if it does not require a Reference lab sample.


    House call: Specimen collection is available directly in the patient’s home per Physician’s request when patient becomes homebound, within a 5 mile radius of the hospital.

    Our Pennock Health Lab is certified under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA). We ensure accuracy and reliability of all laboratory testing.
