Life Service's knows family and friends usually experience shock, grief, and a sudden change in their lives. Very few people are aware of the staggering number of decisions that need to be made quickly, at a very difficult time.

Program Offerings

Pennock Health Life Services program includes experienced counseling, 24/7 availability, an information guidance packet, coordination with the funeral home, and no cost to the patient or family for these services.

Additional program features include Advance Directives (patient advocate law), Gift of Life Program, and Willed Body Programs.

What Do I Do Now? What Will Be Expected of Me?

The Life Services Coordinator does not represent or recommend any funeral home; it is strictly a private family choice. This program benefits the families as well as the funeral director by simplifying arrangements, educating the families, and expediting the death certificate process.

An information packet is available that guides families through the process. Our Life Services Coordinator is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to meet with families and assist them with the process.

Pennock Life Services Coordinator

Pennock Health Services recently implemented a new program to improve patients’ and their family’s continuum of care. David C. Wren, developed the program, and has over 40 years of experience as a retired local funeral home owner.

When there is a death or the imminent prospect of one, family and friends almost always experience shock, grief and a sudden change in their lives. Very few people are aware of the staggering number of decisions that need to be made quickly, at a very difficult time.

As a part of Pennock’s mission to create and maintain a culture of caring and comfort, the Life Services Coordinator Program has been developed to assist those experiencing these difficult decisions.
