Nursing Assistant

Status: Part-time, 64 hours per pay
Schedule: Third shift, 11:00 pm-7:00 am and every other weekend and holiday

Requirements: High school diploma and successful completion of nursing assistant course. Excellent customer service skills are needed. Requires some heavy lifting and considerable standing/walking.


Responsibilities: Duties include general nursing care, procedures for patients under the guidance and supervision of professional nursing personnel. Assist in unit routines such as personal hygiene and maintaining cleanliness of patient unit.

Registered Nurse - Med/Surg

Status: Part-time, 56 hours per pay
Schedule: 11:00 pm-7:00 am and every other weekend and holiday.

Requirements: Must be RN with current Michigan license. Experience and BSN preferred.


Responsibilities: Staff RN. Accountability for decision making relative to the nursing care of patients. Apply hospital policies and nursing department standards of care and practice in the rendering of physical and supportive care, health teaching to patients and families. Must possess excellent customer service skills.

Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current Michigan license. ACLS within six months. Experience preferred.


Responsibilities: The Registered Nurse has the authority and accountability for decision making relative to the nursing care of his/her patients. Will apply hospital policy and nursing department Standards of Care and Standards of Practice in the rendering of physical and supportive care as well as health teaching to patients and their families. The RN is expected to interact appropriately with all staff, patients and their families in a collegial relationship. Reports to Charge Nurse/Nurse Supervisor.
